I recently dined at this fantastic restaurant and I must say I was thoroughly impressed. The fish was incredibly fresh and cooked to perfection, and the service was top-notch. The prices were also very reasonable for the quality of food and service provided. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious seafood meal with great service at a great price.

The best food I had in Sri Lanka!!! I just visited Lucky’s for lunch just as they were opening for the day. Without looking at the menu, I asked the chef/owner Lucky if he could make me a spicy prawn curry. It was amazing! Perfectly balanced, right amount of spice and a generous portion of prawns.
The world needs more family run restaurants like this. Go there now, you won’t regret it!!!
The food was amazing, and very high quality. Various food from Asia and Europe. Chef must be very high educated or experienced. The waiter was very polite and kind, all his recommendation was great.
The place is tiny, but well designed, and i loved that is not next to the street/traffic, it was a friendly, peaceful place, where nobody disturbed us.
Good for couples, and also groups (we brought our friends there, 12people easily fit, and we did not disturb others).
And you can ask them to switch the TV what you like.
Price are normal, not overpriced. Portions enough for adult.
100% recommended
(And the fried banana also :) )

Lucky's became my 'go to' evening meal while in Negombo. It's up an alley, just off the main road, so no traffic noises. Its a simple place, with a good selection of cheap and tasty food and is family friendly. It's not very big, so maybe check it out with an early evening visit.

Our favourite place to eat in Negombo and possibly some of the best dishes anywhere in Sri Lanka that we visited.
Lovely atmosphere and hosts with excellent service and always with a smile from all, especially Nemish.
I greatly recommend a visit during your stay and think you will go more than once.

It's definitely a tourist restaurant, no locals dining there. But there's a wide range of food, both Sri Lankan and Western, and the service is friendly. I'd recommend it.

We enjoyed our meal here. From the reviews I read I was expecting a really spicy food, however it was pleasantly spiced for everybody’s palette.
