Very professional and responded quickly. They helped me arrange a birthday cake and delivery. They accepted payment online by card which is very convenient. We had the vanilla cake (printed image) with roasted almond and everyone said it was so tasty. On the expensive side but a quality product. Highly recommended.

For any special occasion, you really have to consider ordering from Cakes by Dulini! Despite being an overseas customer, I was able to contact them and pay for their services with ease. I ordered a birthday cake for a loved one and I was pleasantly surprised with their customer service. They gave me a lot of detailed suggestions on which flavors would work the best, how we can possibly decorate the cake, etc.
After some consideration, I decided on vanilla buttercake covered with vanilla buttercream with strawberry jam. I sent them a mockup of how I wanted the cake to look like, and they were able to follow it. The birthday boy ate the cake with his family and they loved it! He told me that the flavors were balanced and the quality was great. I am really grateful to Cakes by Dulini for making his birthday a lot more special!

We were visiting Kandy and it was my son's 12th birthday. I ordered the cupcakes when I was still in Australia and organised for them to be delivered to our homestay. Cakes by Dulini were amazing every step of the way. Ordering was easy and the communication was very good, resulting in the perfect cupcakes for my son's surprise. On the day they were delivered promptly and were very delicious!! We are very happy with the service and the cupcakes we received. Recommend highly 😊

I was visiting Kandy just for a few daya for my boyfriend's birthday, and I found this amazing bakery shop! The cake was fresh and tasty! Was done on time and without any problems. I will definitely recommend it! If I ever come back I would order another cake! 🥳
