Simple but delicious food. I love their roast beef with fresh chilies. I like that they are different from the others. The chef's specialties are the best. Kind staff. In the case of delivery, friendly and fast delivery people. Service Delivery Meal type Dinner Price per person €10–15 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

If you are looking for (close to) authentic Chinese food, look no further. This is the place in Slovenia. I am an ethnic Chinese travelling through Europe. I was craving some food from back home and was delighted to chance upon Zlati Kroznik. Atmosphere was wonderful. Apart from plates and forks that were provided and the empty restaurant (it was Tuesday and they mostly do takeouts), I thought I was transported back to my homeland. The lady boss was present and she served us our food and tea. She is fluent in mandarin, English, and Slovenian. She was very warm and friendly, not too big of a chatter. Last but not least, objectively speaking from my experience with authentic Chinese cuisine, this is a little off the mark. We had Mapo Tofu, stir fried beef with chillis, and dumplings. Mapo tofu was using a drier and chunkier bean curds instead of silky tofu. The Mapo sauce is not authentic, resembling more of Balkan stew consistencies as opposed to the spicy oily base. I presume the recipe was adjusted to suit the taste of locals. Stir fried beef was nicely flavoured but a little chewy for some pieces. A little more marinating in baking soda should perfect it. Lastly, the dumpling was absolutely sublime. I can assure you as a ethnic Chinese that the dumplings was completely authentic. The accompanying vinegar sauce was a nice touch with that little kick of chillis in it. If they had provided the iconic chilli oil, the dumplings would be a 10/10. Overall, a wonderful experience. 谢谢老板娘! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Food is delicious, staff is very friendly..nice and cosy place. I recommed this place 😀
Not the greatest food, but not bad in any sense of the word. The staff has a limited grasp of the English language, but are friendly nonetheless. Has the interior that you would expect from a Chinese restaurant. In short, mediocre and does all you would expect, nothing more
Very tasty and cheap Chinese restaurant, we spent about 8 EUR p.p. for a decent lunch with plenty of meat and veggies.
