Very lovely and friendly staff, and delicious, nutritious food! I had the Seaside Crepes, which was definitely not like normal crepes, but it was perfect light lunch and was very flavorful and not dry at all. Most of their food is raw vegan, but they don't sacrifice taste for health. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
We stumbled upon this little place after a long, exhausting trip last september (2022), and still talk about the food, the atmosphere, the general vibe of this little cafe / restaurant. It even became a symbol in our conversations, even among friends who've only heard of it from our stories. I think, however this might sound, this might've been the most formative, and interesting experience of the month-long trip around eastern europe. We were poor student interrailing, so didn't want to spend much money on food, and only ordered one dish to share, I believe it was a wrap of some sort if I remember correctly. We bit into it and looked at each other. And finished it in silence, in silent agreement decided to order another thing, later even a cup of cocoa (which wasn't cheap, not expensive either, especially for the quality! but we honestly didn't have money to spare). And the man making the cocoa made more than we ordered and gave an additional glass of it to us for free, sharing the rest with an older lady, the owner I believe? with whom he was working. We didn't want to leave, the atmosphere was so cozy, so friendly, the outside world cold and dark and rainy, especially dreary and gloomy due to many recent travel misadventures. The cafe was a haven of warmth, the way the two employees comunicated with each other and with us so calm and warm and considerate. But we left, of course and looked at each other in silence again, outside the doors of the cafe, both with actual tears in our eyes. I've, we've never eaten such food, it was so unbelievably simple, since it was all raw-vegan, but somehow it worked together in such beautiful way, maybe bc they used great ingrediantes, but I dont know, honestly it felt like some touch of magic, or love, was added to it. Made me consider abondoning my studies in order to focus on learning how to cook like that, because the amount of happiness the food granted us was crazy, made me feel not much else could influence one's mood in such a way, made me think that i want to be able to bring people this much happiness, make hot cocoa like this for my friends in need of reassurance and love. Tears rolled down our cheeks. It's been more than a year, almost 1.5 and I still think about the place, the food, the people working there, from time to time. We talk about it, like I said, the food became a symbol in our converations of something so good, that it snaps you out of your inner worries and stress, into this sudden realization about the beauty of the world. We wanted to write reviews of this cafe, even though neither of us does that, ever, but somehow never got around to it. The memory came up randomly and I decided to try to find the place on google maps (ofc we didn't write down the name or anything, heh) and finally write the review. So, needless to say, I really hope this place, and the people working here are thriving. Eating there was one of my favorite, if not THE favorite experience of our trip. So, go there if you're in Belgrad, go there if you're in Serbia. Go there in general. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Vegan
