Went at 7:00. I ordered a burrito. I've been to some of the better reviewed restaurants in the north with lots of English reviews, but this was the best food I've had here. The sauces and onion pickles that come with it are also great.

Amazing breakfast taco & torta (breakfast sandwich) spot frequented by locals since 1991! I literally go here EVERY morning for breakfast.
Breakfast tacos are perfect to get your day started (eggs, ham, onion, guacamole, fresh cucumbers and radish) for 25-30 pesos each ($1.50 USD).
For $75 pesos ($4.50 USD) you can get a torta sandwich the size of your head with eggs or fried chicken or fried pork, served with a seasoned mayo and cabbage slaw.
It’s located 100 feet South of Chedraui (big market) towards the corner, on the opposite side of the street street.
Only open early for breakfast until 1pm. It’s the go-to spot for locals to grab cheap, delicious breakfast before work.
Note for English speaking tourists: Google incorrectly translates “tortas” to “cakes” on a lot of reviews here. In this instance, it’s a breakfast roll / sandwich — not an actual cake.

There’s so much oil in the taco it drains everywhere. The coffee was very bad. The flavor is okay but there’s better places around.

Great spot! I went for dinner so don’t pay attention to the opening times recorded on here. Good quality al pastor meat and delicious horchata.
