Pretty average, but could have been so much more....
This restaurant lacks direction, the menu hasany choices which "look" lovely but they all fail to follow up on appearances.
Perhaps a more focused menu that identifies with one theme done well rather than some steak house, some Japanese, some Italian, and some French.
The food we had wasn't bad at all, it just dissapponted compared to what I expected given the location, view and presentation of the plates.
Nothing came out together even though only 4 people in the entire restaurant. But perhaps its a western expectation to eat you meal at the same time as the rest of the table.
I nearly finished on 3 stars but our creme brulee arrived without the table being cleared so we had to eat among a mess of old plates and cutlery. Further more, it wasn't set so we could have drank it with a straw as easily as we consumed with a spoon.
Another shame because it's flavour was lovely, a real missed opportunity!
A lot of potential here if they make some changes.

飯店早餐一個人¥3300,有海景戶外座位,但是要早一點去才有。
buffet整體食物精緻有特色,有日式也有洋式,最推薦主廚現作的Mozzarella 起司跟可頌。主廚現做的Mozzarella cheese可以沾蜂蜜、青醬跟松露油,每種口味都好吃,起司控絕對不能錯過。可頌回烤之後口感超輕盈細緻,搭配沖繩黑糖奶油滋味令人難忘。當地特色美食水雲跟海葡萄也無限供應。
特色甜點島豆腐做的提拉米蘇,豆味濃郁口感綿密,吃起來很特別。
最貼心的是,飯店還準備了外帶杯可以外帶早餐的咖啡,非常佛心。
