I'd skip this place. There are much nicer watering holes close by, hopefully without a bartender sneezing right into his hands before picking up a glass and pouring a beer. I don't know, maybe it's just me.
Went here twice! First time we fell in love with the beer. Second time, we fell in love with the location.
It's on a corner right next to one taco stall and across the street from another one.
The food at the brewery looked really good, too. But nothing pairs better with amazing beer better than street tacos!
Plus, this restaurant takes credit cards.
YamBak definitely has Southern California brewery vibes, down to the Sublime and incubus played on their speakers. At some point in the night there's a live DJ that mixes things up. The beer is a little hit or miss. There's some standouts like the "maracujamm", which I think is their most interesting beer. I'd definitely recommend checking that one out. They're dog friendly like a lot of other breweries. This place stays open really late, which is nice. The tacos next door are also amazing, perfect pairing with the beers.
The beer is quite refreshing. The bartender let me try three samples before I ordered a very much delicious hazy double IPA called “La Ticla” I then had a double IPA “Puerto Escondido” which had good body and flavor. I returned the next day for more La Ticla.
The staff are super friendly and nice to chat with. I appreciate that they let me sample beers before ordering. The music rocked and contributed to the great ambiance.
If you enjoy cold beer on a hot day with excellent service, then this is the place to visit!

Great little craft brewery and brew pub. Good selection of in house beers as well as some nice guest taps. We did not try the food.
They tend to favour the hoppy beers but they did have a red ale and a stout. We enjoyed their IPA, Hazy IPA, DIPA, and Tropical IPA
