Great coffee, but in terms of customer service, a smile and a chirpy server would go a long way. Not even a "Hello, what can I get you today?" when the girl opened the window. She just literally opened the window and waited for the order. Not even a follow up, "will that be all?" Work on that part, and you might get a return local customer.

My bank statements will tell you, this is one of the best places to get coffee in town - we are spoilt for choice, but the fact I can drop the kids off & get a coffee on the way to the office is a winner. The team are always so friendly and really get my day off to a great start!

Hands down the best decaf I have ever had in my life. The variety of milks is something only a few cafes provide, and paired with friendly service it's a 10/10 from me. Would I visit again? Definitely. Various times a week.

Best soy vanilla latte ever! WayCup makes the best coffee that I have ever tasted! The service is fast and friendly and I would recommend them to everyone. The prices are a little steep but I’m happy to pay it for coffee that tastes so good
