Visiting Vittoriano - Civitanova in Civitanova Marche was an experience like no other. From the moment you enter, you are immersed in a romantic and luxurious atmosphere. You are welcomed by a staff that is both friendly and knowledgeable. The menu selection is exquisite, with a variety of options ranging from degustation menus to à la carte dishes. We opted for the "Tricolore" degustation menu which included a selection of three different types of breads served with three different types of olive oil, a selection of IGP salumi, a selection of Italian cheeses including a 61-month aged Parmigiano, and a filetto of wild boar cooked at low temperature with an Amarone reduction. Every dish was cooked to perfection and the flavors were out of this world. The wine selection was also excellent, with a great selection of wines available by the glass. The cocktails were also very good. For dessert, we had a selection of homemade cakes. The prices are in line with the level of quality and service provided. All in all, it was a truly unforgettable experience. Highly recommended.
