I've only been here once well at least in Tampico and I can say that their food is awesome, they are so creative with their dishes that it will make you want to try more than one or two.

Food is always great in Vips. This time I tried "Huevos Motulenos"... two crispy corn tortillas with fried beans and Gouda cheese, two fried eggs mounted in the "tostadas" and covered with a delicious tomato sauce which includes ham and peas between other ingredients. Also slices of fried bananas on each side. Simply Delicious. Services is good, coffee include refills. Menu is a mix of a Luxury IHOP and a some of the fines Mexican restaurants. They have WIFI but they use "Infinitum Movil" which have some ports blocked. Works good for emails and social networks but don't expect to do video conferencing. Very limited power outlets.
