By far one of the best online shopping experiences, I’ve had. Great products, fair prices but more important fantastic service. I live in a different country and shipment went fast and smooth. There was a little mistake in my order, but Jose provided me with fast replies and excellent service!! He send me a new item right away without even asking me to return the “wrong” item I firs received. Unit13shop will 100 percent be my go-to shop for airsoft in the future. I highly recommend Unit13shop

Well-stocked store, friendly and competent staff that takes time in the consultation. Even an order of a difficult to obtain article directly from the manufacturer was no problem.

I recommend unit 13, really kind and helpful staff, they welcomed me really well, I felt at home.
also not knowing their linga, because I only speak French, they made an effort to speak and let me understand things ... really kind to have welcomed my jack russel. beautiful place for those who love airsoft, will feel at home .. thanks again and see you next time

Best price, good service, and quick delivery. Perfect.
Ordered a Vector Hugo Optic for my rifle on a sunday, price was the best I could find in EU.
Dispatched on tuesday, and today friday I recieved it here in Denmark, nicely packed, and with a little gift extra :-).
Who can ask for better and faster service. Not Me. Highly recomended.

Great quality stuff, well packaged both times and even received some extra stuff and a sweet message from them as a returning customer. The one issue I had was quickly resolved by customer service (props to Jose specifically).

Ordered two of the Emerson Mugs... order delivered speedily but - unfortunately - one of the mugs was missing the AR-15 Style carrying handle that acts as the mug handle. A quick email to the Unit13 help line resulted in a very positive response the next day and a free AR-15 style handle to replace the missing one arrived two days later - no drama, no fuss, just quality customer service - Bravo guys !!

Best customer service! The item I ordered was very well packaged, with care and creativity. International shipping was really fast and there were unit13 gadgets included in the package - that made me smile! Also - good price for a best quality product and perfect communication with the shop. I definitely can recommend this place! Greetings from Poland :)

Came in wanting to buy a replica. Took almost an hour of waiting before they actually served me because it was 'super busy' aka: about 8 people were in the store. Once I got the replica to test it out, I had to point out to the salesman where to insert the battery and how to switch off the safety. BTW: when you buy a replica, you receive the test model from inside the store! Once I got it home, it shot way below spec (180 fps in stead of the advertised 400). Now, I brought it back and they would take a look at it, no problem. After 3 weeks and 4 days (!) they got back to me and told me they tested it and the low fps is normal, as ICS puts in lower rated springs.... still on their own website it says 400 fps!!! Not impressed!
