First of all I hope gcash payment will be accepted next time. The place was nice and cozy, but didnt like the long round chair on the center, it is aesthetic to the eyes, but not that comfortable to sit upon, you will feel that you are sitting in an awkward tiring posture, not good for those with back pains, but the rest of their chairs were alright. The taco was fine and yummy, fries was just okay, nothing special. The traditional carbonara has a room for improvement, just okay but a bit lacking, since my gf has a thing for pastas, the taste is already present but the intensity of the creaminess and tastyness is not yet outstanding, parang lasaw kunti yung white sauce😅 yung unica signature drink, no comment, it's good. So far, I still recommend the cafe overall, since I like the cozy vibe of the place.

Expensive compared to the other coffee shops around naga city. Food and coffee was okay though. My son love their mozzarella sticks. The place is perfect for friends and family to catch up.

Friends in Facebook were hyping this place up. Good promotion! So we decided to try this for the meet and catchup of our college friends. The ambience is great. The place is wide. And surprisingly, the items are at an affordable rate. I loved their unica special hot coffee. It complemented the cold breeze that night. They have this beeper that flashes red and beeps when the order is ready. It's new compared to numbers being called. Cool. Also, I think the location is perfect. It may be far from the major businesses but the area is already developing. This is a good start. Nice!
For my second visit here and my first time ordering through the counter, we definitely enjoyed the food. The bad experience was the little woman at the counter who asked for our orders. She was very irritating. She seemed not interested when we were giving our orders. She kept on leaving the counter and looking at the back and talking to other staff. We had to pause for several times because she was not listening.

Nice, big place with great ambience. Outlets everywhere to charge your gadgets and the staff was very chipper and polite. Food was amazing, matching the atmosphere and certainly the price; and the dalgona coffee was the best I ever had.

I went there around 2pm to meet client while having some coffee. Their food was great having some options to choose from. We had our table outside as there were some people inside that could over heard our convo and them as well disturb us. Its a nice place to have some coffee far from busy streets of the City. It was just that the parking area is located at the other side of the coffee shop, hence had some walking to be done and far from our view. over all i think their good!

- The cafe has a cozy and inviting atmosphere, with warm lighting and comfortable seating options.
- The coffee is decent, with a variety of coffee drinks to choose from.
- Prices are reasonable, making it a good spot for a quick coffee.
- While the food is mediocre, it's still a good option if you're not looking for a gourmet experience.
Overall, this cafe is a great spot to relax and catch up with friends, with its welcoming ambiance and reasonable prices.

It's a new place to go here in Naga City, so we decided to try. The first time visiting the place was a bad experience. We placed our order at 4:33pm they gave us this beeper that will beep once our order is ready. While on our sit syempre kwentuhan then realized that 25 mins pass still no beep sound.. At 5:10pm the appetizers were ready but drinks were to follow so we waited until 5:30pm for our orders to be completed. Almost an hour of waiting for me is considered bad service, though my husband enjoys the coffee.

I love the food, specifically their Pasta and Coffee Signature. Unfortunately, their wifi only lasts for 2 hours na lang even if you order again. I believe people go to expensive coffee shops for the:
1. Coffee
2. Food
3. Ambiance
4. Wifi and Sockets
Would have given them 5 stars if they switch back to their unli wifi haha. Can't finish all my tasks without wifi so...

They now accept cashless payments—Cards, GCash, PayMaya! Food and coffee are great! We’ve tried squid ink pasta, pili pesto pasta, mozzarella cheese sticks, iced spanish latte.

The first time I tried this place, I was with my friends. The owner's mom was there so everything was fine. I would've given it a rating of 4 at that time because the place looked good and neat. The service was good, too and the food was okay. But the second time I went there with a friend, the staff was too lazy. They were all just in one corner, not even paying attention to what the customers need. My pregnant friend asked for water and one of the staff who wasn't doing anything at that time (actually, nobody was doing anything), pointed at the water dispenser which for me was so impolite and inconsiderate because they weren't busy at all and the one asking for it (my pregnant friend) could've gotten the kind of service she deserves. I think if I were to only rate the place itself, I would give it a 4 but if I were to rate it overall, I'd give it a 2 rating because the service isn't consistent, the place is not a good place to be when you want silence. the location is quite far, too. Most importantly, the food and beverage aren't worth their price. I've eaten their twice and the most that they should improve on are their food and service.
