We saw this place by accident as we got lost. It was a restaurant family business within a house. The parking is limited but there were several chairs, even for a big group. Their Vietnamese food here is superb. My favorite was the fried spring rolls and beef sirloin pho! The broth is clear and tasted authentic. The beef and veggies were not limited. We ordered a couple more food and loved everything, even the Vietnamese iced coffee. Price point wise, it was not cheap but for the taste? I think we can let this slide. Pricing is resonable for the taste. Again, don't expect too much at the place especially the parking but I think you won't regret eating here. Sadly, there are lots of mosquitos that may distract you from eating but they have a mosquito killer but mosquitos were so many still. But, we would certainty come back here whenever we are craving Vietnamese food, maybe around morning so less mosquitos. Good Day Dear Readers, For those who don’t know me. I’m just your average girl who wanted to explore food and places. So here is one of the Vietnamese 🇻🇳 food that we tried this Father’s Day. Uncle Ho offers and showcase their Vietnamese cuisine which includes their pho, goi cuon, braised beef noodles, and a lot more. I can tell that the broth from the soup was tasty and their meat was really delicious. It’s price is just right since it was freshly served with some vegetables, basil leaves, and calamansi (lime/lemon from the Philippines 🇵🇭). Aside from that, we tried their Goi Cuon since I am also fond of preparing and making those with some peanut sauce before. My mom like their Banh Mi among the food that was served. In addition, I tried their Vietnamese coffee and loved it so much! 🫶🏼 Try to visit their authentic cuisine to explore your taste buds. 🇻🇳 Hopefully they could have more customers in the future so they could be in better vicinity for better ambiance. Happy eating everyone. 🍜 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Came on a weekday lunch and we were the only people there. Wasn't sure at first if it was open but staff came and took our order. High ratings for food on Google maps but we were ready to regret the decision to come. The food took some time to prepare even if we were the only customers. We were pleasantly surprised by the flavor and quality. The Bahn mi was was warm, crunchy, soft on the inside and the amount of filling was good. Would have wanted more cilantro, but it's ok. The grilled pork was also also full of flavor although the portion was a bit small. Fried spring rolls was stuffed with meat, came piping hot and crunchy. Would come back for the Bahn mi and to try the other dishes if were in the area. Parking is by the road and the toilet could be cleaner. Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Food: 4
During my recent visit to Tagaytay, We had the pleasure of discovering Uncle Ho, a Vietnamese restaurant tucked away as a hidden gem. Uncle Ho's commitment to providing generous servings caught my attention. Every dish we ordered was presented with ample portions, ensuring that we would leave the restaurant completely satisfied. This remarkable value for money is a rarity, and Uncle Ho exceeded all our expectations in this aspect. The beef pho we started with was nothing short of exceptional. The broth boasted a harmonious blend of flavors. Another standout dish was the bun bo xao, a stir-fried beef noodle dish. The combination of tender beef, stir-fried vegetables, and the fragrant noodles was a symphony of flavors. The balance of sweet, savory, and slightly tangy notes made each bite a delight. Uncle Ho has undoubtedly become one of our favorite go-to places in Tagaytay for Vietnamese cuisine. The combination of generous servings, flavorful dishes, and value for money makes it a standout option in the area. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
If you are on a Asian light cuisine kind of Taste Buds today, here's the hatch for you. We Pinoys tend to eat a lot and curious about alot of things most especially in food when it is NEW AND DIFFERENT to hear and taste moreover, Vietnamese Cuisine is not that popular when it becomes to the Philippines. But.. other don't know that VIETNAMESE REFUGEES migrated here in the PHILIPPINES way back F.Marcos era, he helped out the poor vietnamese and our stranded Kababayans that was involved in the Vietnam War way back WORLD WAR 2 and those immigrants that entered the country was given permission to start a NEW LIFE despite of the DARK and Horrific experiwne. Our LOLA'S AND LOLO'S were basically the veterans of the war and SURVIVED that joirney and they were all out from DIFFERENT LOCATIONS in The Philippines. To have a BRIEF CONTEXT: Vietnamesw Cuisine was Popularized by Pho Hoa, Pho 29, Bawaii's, Vina Trang, Vietnomnom and Etc. That can be found in NCR, Calabarzon and even in Palawan and Cebu. The said Vietnamese Food was introduced and was accepted by the Taste Buds.of the old.folks and Vietnamese Cuisine was knowned throught out the world not just only in Asia but in Western and Mediterranian places. Phó is the most popular cuisine that has been placed Top.1's Vietnam Pride and Second of it is The Banh Mi that was thought by the influenced of the French Era when Vietnam was colonized by the English man. More over everything is basically delicious and healthy becayse Vietnamese food is famous for having vegetables and herbs in every meal that they have what ever it is on the plate. Soup, Rice, Finger food or even Dry Foods. I am VERY EXCITED FOR YOU TO MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS based on what I relay to you in my own experience. And as you continuously read my Review and I GUARANTEE you that THE FOOD ARE ALL FRESHLY MADE AND HANDMADE AND NOT just PRESERVATIVE FOOD that is ready to EAT, as it is ALWAYS SERVED FRESH AND NEW! They are delicately SERVED and being COOKED. That is WHY YOU NEED TO WAIT PATIENTLY FOR YOUR TURN, That's how GOOD FOOD and WORTH THE WAIT TO EAT coz' every SIP, and SLURP that you will take will make your.MIND.BLOWN that WHY DIDN'T YOU TRIED THIS KINDS OF DISH AHEAD OF TIME? 🤷‍♀️⁉️💯☺️ CHOOSE THE BEST FOOD THAT FITS YOUR TASTE! 🌿 🫰☺️ ..
