Really good pizza made in a traditional Maltese oven which was used, and still is used, to make bread. The dough used for the pizza base is bread dough so it is quite thick - pizzas are large and add that to the thick dough they are quite filling. One pizza is enough to satisfy two people as they are very large. Great taste as well.
