What can I say ? The experience was AMAZING. I got hosted by Vanya and she was perfect. She recommended a local wine (which I have no words to describe) , I ordered bruschetta as starter and a risotto as main dish , the service was perfect and fast ! I got a local dessert which Vanya taught me how to pronounce but I still not able (sorry about this) however you can see everything in the pictures. Just concluding, the experience was totally worth it. Special thanks to Vanya and I totally recommend the experience.

OMG, some of the best ravioli I've ever had in my life. The food was so so good and fresh. If you're going at night you need to make reservations because I think it fills up quickly and I don't know if you make reservations for lunch or not but if they take them you should make them. It was the best meal we had in Malta. I had the rabbits stew at another restaurant and all I can say is yuck, 😂

Lovely place in old Mdina. Great atmosphere inside, decorated as an old workshop/stable. We ordered pizza and it was delicious. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. Recommended

Absolutely loved the food and service. I'd come back to Malta to just eat the root vegtable tart tartin again...yes it's that good. My lunch partner had the pistachio pizza. Oh my it was delicious. The service was amazing. We had our meal out in the tented area. Don't worry it has heaters!. The restaurant is right near the season 1 Gaome of Thrones gate. Such a beautiful city Mdina. Views, food service. It's a trifecta.

We decided to eat here spontaneously.
The food was below average, we had Risotto and it was not tasty.
The service was very slow and took lot of time.
It’s a nice ambience, I recommend to have drink only.

Service was a bit slow. The food is not very good for how expensive it is. The chicken liver pasta was surprisingly very sweet. The cocktails are expensive, small and weak. Maybe the pizzas are better?

The food was ok. Can’t say that it was value for money. Would recommend only if you want a quick stop for rest or a glass of wine. The service was ok too. Although one of the waitresses didn’t really like it when we said we just want to have Just a pizza with our wine🤷🏼♀️

A lovely interior decorated with old traditional tools which gave it a very authentic feeling.
We started our meal with a lovely whisky sour, which was great. Whisky sour is my favourite cocktail, but sadly I am often disappointed by the quality, luckily Trattoria AD 1530 clearly has a great barman. The service was friendly and we were impressed by the big glasses of wine they poured us. The pasta with deer ragout (the recommendation of the day) was very tasty.
Drinks included we payed 70 euros. Would definitely come back here.
Spontaneously went to this restaurant for lunch. Lucky to get in as many booked reservations.
Such and amazing restaurant to visit. The hostess (didn't get her name) was amazing, she allowed us to relax and enjoy the food with recommending a brilliant Maltese red wine.
Food which came out was fresh and delicious, we didn't feel rushed and could enjoy all of the food.
Would highly recommend going here on your next visit
