One of the best bars and views in Sri Lanka. The best Pina Colada I have ever had. Lovely owner - Great to support local owned places with your tourist dollars…fully recommend! Hope to be back again one day!

vacationed on this beach in august! every day came to this cafe and bar! very good and sincere guys, there is a menu - always fresh seafood, beer, coconuts! you can rent a surfboard. the guys also organized a couple of excursions for us at cost price 👍🏻 definitely recommend!!! The people owning and running this beach bar are the friendliest and kindest ever! This place is a hidden gem for surfing or chilling. Actually a fishermen spot. Super highly recommended!!! Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person Rs 500–1,000

Top Surf Bar is one of my favorite bars in Sri lanka! Very tasty drinks and very good food. But with the most beautiful is the great ambience on the beautiful bay and the great people who run the bar. Perfect Environment and positive energy! Thanks to the great team for such a amazing experience and of course a great birthday party!!!
