A great little local restaurant serving delicious Indian cuisine. My wife and I shared a chicken tikka masala, a vegetable rice and a coconut roti. It was served piping hot and was very tasty and delicious. The restaurant is very small with only ten little tables and is well worth the wait to get one. The food takes time to come as it's freshly cooked to order, but again well worth the wait. Anyway we're on holiday and time doesn't matter. Just sit back wait and enjoy. The Lassi’s were delicious, try the natural one and also the mango is “supiri”. We had Paneer Masala, paneer Tikka and mutton rogan josh (joy) with rice and and chapatis. Tonight we visited this place for our dinner, friendly hospitality and the food was delicious as well as the taste has the touch of south indian. They just made the dish we asked for ourselves which was not in the menu, thanks for making and satisfying our needs. Ambience is something different which you can see in the pictures i have shared, way too simple. This is must spot to visit for good food and the price are reasonable. Food was so great..but service was slow.. We had veg koththu,Chappati and panneer gravy.. Chappati looked rough outsider but tasted soft and along with that panneer gravy it was so good... Veg koththu was also nice..would definitely recommend if looking for clean space and good Indian food.. If service was improved..it would be wow..💯 No parking options even for two wheeler.. We tried the mutton curry, chicken tika masala and the chili chicken with cashew. I asked for it to be spicy and it came back ++ spicy. So careful if you’re sensitive to spice. Other than that - I must say the food was AMAZING. Service so slow, but good things come to those who wait. The curry is indeed watery as I read in other reviews, but the flavours are great - so I’d still recommend it. Specially since mutton curry isn’t easy to find. I think the chilly chicken was my favourite dish, but honestly everything was on point. All in all, 10/10 would recommend if you’re in Ella. I wouldn’t be surprised if I came back here multiple times had I tried it earlier in my stay. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

We had kottu and buttered chicken and both were incredible at amazing value. The staff coped well with the restaurant being really busy at lunch time. Honestly, the food here is superior to any of the bigger restaurants in Ella and at a fraction of the price. Food is delicious! Many options from Sri Lanka and India. That is the only local restaurant we found in Ella. Very tasty with a good price. Staff is very friendly but should Maybe hire more people as we waited a long time to get our dishes but it worth it!
