The Southbrook Inn Restaurant,Bar in Swindon

The Southbrook Inn in Swindon is a great place to visit for a meal, drinks, or a function. The venue is clean and smart, with a private function room and garden area. Alun and Julie, the landlord and landlady, are fantastic hosts who are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure guests have a great experience. They can open the kitchen for last minute wedding meals and provide catering for family events. The bar staff are friendly and helpful, and the beer from Arkells is excellent. The food is tasty, home cooked and reasonably priced. The 3 bean chilli is a must try! The only downside is that when there is a large group, the staff can sometimes struggle to cope. However, Alun and Julie are always quick to apologise and offer refunds or replacements. There is also a playpark for kids, and the pub has memorabilia from the local speedway team. All in all, The Southbrook Inn is a great place to visit, with friendly staff and a warm atmosphere. Highly recommended!
