I personally just go there for a game of pool, beers and pokies. It's all good. Prices are standard. The staff are always warm and welcoming. Can't fault it, therefore would give it a 5 star

The food here is great and the atmosphere, however the duty manager Debbie not so much, our group had purchased another round of drinks was not even 11.00pm and were told not so long after we had 5 minutes to finish our drinks as they were closing due to a slow night, usually open till 1.00am??? Could not finish the quarts we had ordered and were kicked out by her not so long after, she was rude and unreasonable, you speak to others about her and they also resonate the same thoughts and opinions, no wonder this place is losing patrons!! went elsewhere where it was open and carried on with our night.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Terrible customer service, incredibly unwelcoming, they have a humiliating method of ID checking anyone doesnt have a beard and crows feet. They use other patrons to get the attention of someone they want the ID from rather than politely approaching the person themselves. Big TVs only bring in so many people.
