I ordered lime juice and a fried rice for lunch. Its the best fried rice I ever have in Sri Lanka! Perfect moisture and taste with a lot of veggies in it. Restaurant owner is supper nice. I ordered tuna steak and it was really good. It was served with handmade fries and salad with pineapple. For the appetizer I had calamari ~ 5 pieces with mayo. Our dinner here was fantastic! We ordered calamari and prawn curry which were delicious and fresh. We also had a mango shake which was the best we’ve had yet. Delicious food with so low prices. Basic Lankan dishes for pennies… lower prices compared to the competitors with much more on the plate. Be sure to step in! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Tasty food and friendly staff in a cosy venue that blocks out most of the road noise. We had the rice and curry (vegetable and chicken for each) as well as the calamari and all were delicious. Really enjoyed the food and the prices were very reasonable for everything. Would definitely go back for more. If you’re in town for a few nights you should give this place a try!

One of the best parrota we had here, it was very soft and tasty. Also very cheap and fresh. Their prawn gravy and dhal gravy was also tasty. Must try restaurantin Arugambay.. do visit

Local food (especially fish) for a good price! We were walking around for a while, trying to find a nice restaurant but as it's low season, the restaurants seemed to be empty. We wanted to have fish so we decided to eat here and didn't regret it. We had the grilled tuna and the garlic prawns which were both delicious. I can also highly recommend the tropical mango salad.
