Great location, great food presentation but lacking in taste and most importantly lacking big time in customer service. Felt like all of the staff doesn’t want to be there and serve customer. We arrived and ordered our food immediately and the coffee arrived quickly. The food we ordered though wasn’t ready until after we almost finished our coffee drinks. 2 of the other customers who arrived “after us” got served before us and i have to follow up for ours. Luckily we only ordered 1 menu as we barely able to finished it. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $50–60 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Great big breakfast, both tasted equally delicious and the coffee was amazing too. Staff and service were friendly and quick. Meal type Breakfast Price per person $20–30
Really nice place for breakfast. The morena bowl with coconut yogurt was really fresh! The beetroot latte was interesting, might have been the chai powder in it so I think it’s just personal taste! Food arrived not long after ordering. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $20–30

The food was delicious, and the waffles looked amazing! We ordered the flat white with coconut milk, it is best to drink it with something savory/umami. I personally took some pictures to show you! Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Savory French Toast

I enjoyed coming to this Caffè whilst I was in Queenstown. Their coffee was great I think the best mocha in town for me. Also the food was always on point and good portion! I loved their eggs benedict with bacon and I tried their leek and potato soup was also great. The staff was always friendly and made me feel welcomed, definitely best coffee and brunch in town. Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Eggs Benedict with Bacon

Although there seem to be a lot of reviews for pancakes, there weren'tany on the menu, and when we asked they said they didn'tdo pancakes. Maybe something they have taken off the menu? Had waffles myself - great tasting and big serving (although I think my partner ordered two waffles instead of one). My partner had crumpets and bacon, which she loved, and the bretzel got a good review, too. The coffee was also very good. The staff were super friendly. My partner couldn't rate them highly enough. Was a bit hard to find at first. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Crumpets

Chai latte is the worst I ever had in my life. I asked to try the flat white latte, thinking chai was a mistake. Again, the flat white was a disaster too. Food is good but no coffee here. Customer service could be better too Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Decent breakfast at a decent price point. The big breakfast was good, but nothing remarkable worth mentioning. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Big Breakfast
I thank the busy staff for remaking my hot chocolate, as the first one was cold. They were so nice about doing again even though they were busy. Coffees ordered were lovely according to my companions Food looked great , sadly only wanted drinks Would come again OS visitors

Came to The Exchange two days in a row because their food and service was simply exquisite. After getting the savoury French toast the first day and was extremely satisfied with the flavour and presentation, I needed to try the sweet variant and was equally blown away. Lovely fresh food that I know the chefs took care with, and at very reasonable prices.
