Absolutely blown away by this incredible dining experience at Valetta's food hall! We looked around the whole place and Everest was the only one that stood out from the crowd. The curry chicken was a showstopper; perfectly spiced, tender, and downright addictive. And don't even get me started on the butter chicken – it was a creamy, dreamy delight that I could eat every day without getting tired of it. All meals come with the option of rice or bread (naan) and are cooked on the spot. The food tasted really fresh. Service was great and fast. There is a whole squad working in the back, making sure everything that goes out is top-notch. If want to have a warm, filling, and delicious meal for a reasonable price, this is the place. My first time trying a Nepalese curry and it was DELICIOUS! The perfect level of spice, extremely flavourful and a generous portion - I will definitely be returning Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person €10–15 Food: 5 Service: 5
One of the most authentic Indian food, I've ever had in Europe! The curries were dhaba style and packed with flavour. Must-visit for people who like Indian food. Ordered paneer curry, veg jalfrezi. (Total came up to around 24€). One can either choose naan or rice with curry (included in price). The restaurant is located inside the food court. The food is very tasty, and you can ask to make it more/less spicy. It's a bit noisy because of the location, but this is the case with all restaurants in food courts. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person €10–15 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Veg samala extremely salty, chicken tikken masala very small portion with burnt chicken hidden into the sauce. Expensive and not valuing Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Saw really good reviews here so thought I’d dip my toes in and I can’t believe how out of this world the food is. The chicken was ridiculously soft and juicy and the tikka was mind blowing. Have come back twice since and it’s just a immaculate, I don’t know how they do it! It was super concise and even ordering was a breeze. As with most food courts you get a buzzer and it will buzz when you’re sat down to alert you on your food being ready. Honestly highly recommend this place, haven’t got too many days to try all the food venues in here but if they’re on par with The Everest then you’re in for a treat! Stupendous place! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Recommended dishes Chicken Tikka Masala Garlic Naan

If you have found this restaurant then just go eat here. The issue is that hardly anyone in Valletta knows that it exists. Even the front guard who is from the Indian Sub-continent did not know about it. We found it by chance after spending 4 days in Valletta asking many about veg food and Indian food. Bottom line- food and food presentation is excellent- flavorful and rich and meets the “North Indian” food standards. Portions are generous as well. Seating is Food Court style. Price is reasonable. If you wish for salty lassi they will make it for you. I watched the chefs cooking in the the kitchen and realized that every dish coming out of their kitchen must be excellent. Yup! Give this spot a shot. You will enjoy real food in a casual setting. Note: no drinks (water OK) from outside allowed in the Food Court. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person €15–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Paneer Butter Masala

One has to eat at this place if you are looking for authentic Indian food! We ordered plain lassie and vegetarian jalfrezi and it was so delicious. Plenty of fresh vegetables in the curry. I can't help but appreciate how well the veggies were perfectly cooked. Not overcooked or undercooked. The staff are so kind. Definitely visiting again
