The Duke of Cumberland in Whitstable is a classic pub with plenty of character and charm. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by a collection of vintage radios and other musical paraphernalia. The bar staff are friendly and welcoming, the beer is excellent, and the food is delicious. The Shepherd Neame beers are well kept, and there is a great selection of real ales. There is also a courtyard area which is perfect for a sunny day. The pub also hosts regular live music events, featuring everything from reggae and ska to Afro funk and hip hop. It's a great place to spend an evening with friends or family and the atmosphere is always welcoming. Highly recommended!
