Loved it. Great breakfast, great coffee. Superb service, the table service was a surprise, was expecting to have to go to the counter to order, so extra points for that. Yeah was shocked to be served this today you can get these same riblets in pack of 8 at paknsave for $10 I paid $26.50 special for this the mash was a slap on the plate with floppy broccoli and Worcestershire sauce I ate half or if even that. A 30degree summer in Hawkes bay with no air con working just 1 small fan 🤦‍♀️ What happened to this place this is my 3rd visit here trying different things & will be my last unfortunately. If anyone knows a good spot in Hastings pls let me know. Before Covid it use to be the best spot. Meal type Brunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

First time visit in this shop as I was invited with my friend. Lots of Foods and coffee choices. Foods that we ordered are delicious. Cleanliness maintained. Haven't check toilet. Lastly parking bit small. Time of our visit parking are all occupied. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Disappointed. Used to come here quite a bit, but haven't been for several months. Seems to have been a change of management in the meantime. The person serving me only took half my order. Had to ask twice for her to take the other half. My order included a pot of tea which, when it came, featured the smallest tea bag available which did not steep, resulting in a brew that was nothing more than slightly discoloured water. Loved the greet and seat when we walked in, the service was unbeatable...presentation of food was beautiful, unfortunately it didnt taste as good as it looked...cheesecake was bland, mussels and fish bites in seafood platter werent nice sorry, tasted old...iced coffee was nice, but pls crush that ice 1st not a glass filled with ice-cubes and not much else... Very disappointed in this place - I have been to many coffee clubs around the world and this is by far the worst - ordered a croissant with tomato, ham and cheese from the cabinet - it arrived and I opened it up to find a one cm wide piece of ham and cheese and two quarter slices of tomatoes - just enough to fool me that the croissant would be covered in the centre - approached a staff member regarding this who asked if I wanted another one and then informed me they were all the same - this is disgraceful!! Then stood and the counter with another staff member and pointed me out and they stood there looking and talking about me - do not recommend this Coffee Club - there are plenty of other choices in Hawkes Bay to spend your money. We will not be back and highly recommend you go elsewhere if you want value for money and decent service from staff. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Yet another Hawkes Bay cafe that's expensive without the level of food excellence or service to match the price. Four star prices 2 star food and coffee.
