We had a delightful experience with excellent black tea and cappuccino, set in a pleasant and clean atmosphere. The staff service was commendable. However, there was a noticeable staff argument about personal matters, which we feel should be addressed privately. Additionally, the prices are surprisingly high, resembling a rip-off for customers, and it's hard to believe they're that expensive. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

This would be my first choice for a good cup of coffee at the CMB airport. However, I was forced this time to move to Barrista simply because of lack of customer convenience. They were unable to tell me if coffee could be taken to the gate and drunk. Next, they only accepted a credit card. From my past experiences, when my CC was blocked by the bank when used at the airport I preferred cash. End of story I ve did not get treats from here but the neighbour who knew and made life easy for the passenger.

Prices of products are criminally high! Bandaranaike Airport authorities which allows this should be embarrassed for authorising such practices! Shame shame shame!! Price per person Rs 5,000+

A ripoff.... a very disappointing experience, they ought to close. One of the worst locations in the world, and the prices are excessively high, so it's no surprise they're always empty. On the top of that they have no idea how to make drinks, they repeated the drink three times even though it wasn't decent. Price per person Rs 5,000+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I and my wife grabbed a cup of coffee from this place while waiting for our flight back home. This has to be one of the most expensive cafes I have tried. We had their iced coffee and caramel latte, both of which wer good. Their seating and staff was good. The WIFI is okayish though.

You charge 13 $ for two cappuccinos?! and for very bad quality coffee ?! Not to say you could have boiled an egg in that coffee! We had to wait 30 minutes for it to cool. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The worst cappuccino I’ve just ever had in my life for $6.5. Very basic and all I could taste is hot milk with a huge amount of bubbles. In general, it’s very hard to find a proper coffee shop in Sri Lanka but there are a few good once. This stands the worst amongst all others. Disappointed by the lack of any cold and ice blended drinks and the excuse given was that they have run out of paper cups meant for cold drinks, for take away as well as dine in. One would have thought they could use a glass instead, but apparently not! Standards and service levels have significantly deteriorated over the years. Service: 1

Really bad deal.. 8 dollars for a 'chocolate mousse ice coffee' that is basically water plus nesquick plus ice cubes, definitely no coffee, not blended, nothing.. The Chocolate powder didn't even dissolve.. my boyfriend got the iced caramel latte which wasn't much better, coffee was only added later on request..

This establishment ought to be closed, and it truly disappoints both this incredible nation and the dedicated individuals who strive to provide outstanding customer service. The costs here are significantly higher than those at the Shangri-La in Colombo, while the quality barely reaches a 0.25-star rating. The staff exhibit a lack of diligence, preferring customers to retrieve their purchases themselves rather than delivering the exceptional service one would expect after these charges. $25 for a pastry and a coffee….which was barely up to scratch Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person Rs 5,000+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
