Love their cakes. I purchased Tiramisu one and it was delicious. The cake was not too sweet which was perfect. Staff was helpful, welcoming. The staff didn't know my language but they tried to put the name on the cake as my requested. Thank you so much. Will comeback again.

Ordered 2x popcorn caramel cakes for a dinner, order got screwed up and only received one and offered a replacement flavour no one likes. Asked for a midi caramel cake to replace the screwed up one and got told no, I had to give back both. Somehow their screw up was my problem.

I was outside the shop today at 6.59 and the shop was closed! With staff inside with her bag ready to leave. I think if you have to close before 7pm than change the times on the website cause that’s false advertising

Always a great buy here for cakes for all occasions! Reasonably priced and pretty nice as well, try their dessert boxes which is like a sampler pack and nothing goes to waste.

Good customer service. They had the cakes I wanted. I purchased 3 x Mudcakes. Small shop with limited parking outside but there is plenty of parking in the vicinity. Size of shop does not affect quality of the overall experience or selection of cakes available.

Just bought a Jamaican Chocolate Cheesecake, was excited when I went to the store to purchase as we only get the full cheesecake on special occasions, however, when I received the Cake in its box the cake and box looked smaller than what we used to get. I commented to the lady at the shop that this is way smaller than before, she said this is their normal size 🤔 Sorry Cheesecake Shop, but I don't think so.. Size has definitely gone smaller however same price, I really think it's not fair on us consumers. All good, now I know, will go to another desert place that won't rip me off..

Purchased cake. Strawberry and dark chocolate. It was a hit, with miss 17 - 4th feb 2023. She loved it. Lasted 2 days in the fridge before it was demolished lol, thankyou. Ive gotten a few cakes from this particular for a number of years. No regrets .
