I changed my pick-up date on the phone on the 2nd of January 2024, and the guy dealt with.
And 13 th of Feb, I picked up my orders.
The old guy said he doesn't have that information.
" How can I know?" That is what he said to me .
I lost a word a while, but...they should write down and manage it.
He gave me orders in the end.
The cakes that he gave me didn't have the best before stickers on.
In store , there are stickers on.
But I won't go back to this shop again.

Bought this cute cake yesterday for my auntie's day. Cake was moist and yum. Place is neat and tidy. Staff are also accommodating. I'm glad this place is near us! I saw their bakeshop at the far back behind the counter quite busy, so I bet they made their cakes fresh. If you are on a tight budget, their specials (near best before date slice of cakes are pretty much priced reasonably too!)
Let's support this shop, visit them and buy from them! 😊
Purchased fruitflan to try awhile ago and was not good quality, was very upset! Was old and not fresh ! Wouldnt recommend this store. Manukau and papatoetoe are best!

Don’t know how I ended up back at clendon shop.. bought the cookies and cream quarter cake (luckily!) was more cream cheese filling than anything!! So bad, taste bad. Very disappointed , again!

I ordered online and they gave a different cake 4 days later on the delivery date. They made an excuse that they don’t have the one I ordered. What was the point of ordering 4 days before then? Not recommend to buy a cake from here at all. Instead, go to a different cheesecake shop and order from there.
The cake the gave also looks like it was made a day before. Doesn’t look very fresh. Never buying from Clendon Park again.
Great service. Called the store to order a birthday cake from Aussie. Lady was helpful and took the payment over the phone. Very easy process. Would highly recommend. (I blurred the name out in photos)

AMAZING. Absolutely amazing. I have never had to order a personalised cake so I didn’t know what I wanted at first. I just wanted to have a big beautiful cake for my fathers 50th birthday. No judgement nor attitude for not being able to make my mind up but instead, the male Manager/ Baker brought all the cake tins out to show me the different sizes I can choose from. He also helped me with the colours, flavours and decorations to choose from. We came up with an amazing outcome!!! I wanted a simple, fancy but tasty cake that is not too sweet but delicious! It was JUST THAT when we had it. I picked the cake up on 29th March 2023 and it was just what I had pictured and more!! I wanted my dad to enjoy the cake so I didn’t want it to be too sweet but just right. The cake was vanilla sponge with a thin layer of passion fruit. The cream was delicious and light which brought the cake together. My dad absolutely loved it !!!!!!! The service was welcoming, very caring and smooth. The cake is now my go to. In our Samoan tradition, we give pieces of cake to some important family/ friends. Time came to cut the cake and give it to them, to show our thanks and appreciation they have on my father. I honestly just wanted to eat it all by myself (selfishly) 🤣. I still am yet to go back to just order one to eat! Anyways, RECOMMEND RECOMMEND RECOMMEND! This Clendon Cheesecake shop is definitely underrated by the looks of it but maybe it was just the time difference. The support, communication and effort they put in is not unnoticed. I wish I had the name of the male worker (maybe manager). P.S: I had an option to write what I wanted on the cake which is “Manuia Lou Aso Fanau Tamā” and the worker knew immediately that it was Samoan. He made the exchange very comfortable and funny! No doubt he’s a Samoan at heart!
