Love the food on the whole but standards have significantly slipped over last year. Ordered 2 adult and 2 kid meals which had an expected delivery time of 75mins (ridiculous in itself but at least I’ve been warned). After 90mins, still no show. Rang them up and told they only had 1 driver - a shame, but not the fault of the customer and no communication made otherwise. After being told the order was just then being sent out, another 15mins elapsed before it arrived, incomplete of the kids drinks. The shop is a 5min walk from my house so all in all, I’m not impressed with the level of service BB has reduced down to, leaving families in the lurch for 1hr 45mins in total, and then getting the order wrong.
