Have been going to this bake house for years but never understood how dirty the place is. Went to the till to pay for my sandwich and the older lady walked out eating lettuce and licking her fingers. I payed and she then went back to making the sandwich’s without washing her hands.
I personally find this very unsanitary.

Morose serving person. Food too overcooked, pies almost black, premises dirty looking. Never again and a pity since it is so close to hospital

The 2 ladies that works there had no customer service they were more interested their phone l, didn't get a hello or thanks have a good day just rubbish service

I arrived at 7am for breakfast bases on good Google site ratings only to be told they could not provide me with breakfast. Very disappointing.

I love potato top pies but these ones here seem to be very peppery and slightly spicy but in a gross way, and not enjoyable! (I love Pizza Hut chicken wings, thats a nice spicy). I kept buying them from time to time and was always disappointed. This is probably the reason they always had potato tops when I went there. The price is high for a pie - $5 which I guess I'd happily pay if the pies consistently tasted the same and tasted delicious. But they never do. Even the quiches always taste different - sometimes dry, sometimes salty. This always puts me off going to this bakery. The other Bakehouse's in town are cheaper and are ALWAYS nice! I haven't been back to this one in a long time. Probably never will waste my money here again. My daughter just gave me a potato top from here, and it prompted me to write this, coz although I was starving, I didn't enjoy my pie!!
Wow never had such a dry apple turn over in my life . And the hot chips weren’t hot they were warm. And please invest in a new blender ! It was sooo damn loud my ear drums felt like they were going to pop ! There was an elder lady customer in there at the time and she was distressed at the noise it was making. Please SORT IT OUT !
Terrible experience! Practice looking after your customers because after all we are the ones who keep you in business! Disappointed really. Most definitely going to the locals every time I feel like a treat!!
