13/9/23 7:30am I was waiting to order and a staff from Air NZ jump in front of me and order, the lady at the counter saw me waiting and she shouted “All good Ma’am? Then I made a comment when she was serving about the guy being rude jumping the queue, “I’m just in this side making a coffee she said “ Then she was rude while she was serving me even if I told her I wasn’t talking about her. She put the food in the counter angrily. Never said thank you Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
