One of the best places for adobada in Rosarito hands down. It is open late always happy to serve you. Come with roasted onions and jalapeño radishes and limes. The Agua Fresca is also very good. Highly recommended. Update: back for more had the burro adobada and it was just outstanding. Carrasco and Daniela has the best Adobada in Rosarito. A fine taqueria that's been going for over 27 years now. The classic tacos of asada and Adobada are there, but I swear the ADOBADA tacos are killer!!! Please make sure that recipe is kept for years to come: it will keep bringing me back to eat there for sure. A must while at Rosarito. 08/03/18 This is place is open late! That's the first thing I like about it. The food is full of flavor and you can see that they keep the whole place clean. I also like how the staff not only attend to you properly, but they are friendly! They even provide hand sanitizer for the customers! The prices are clearly listed so you won't get the feeling of being cheated or robbed. You can park along the street it's on and it's very noticeable from the main road. Si quieres taquitos y estás en Rosarito, éste lugar es una buena opción. Comenzaré diciendo que las tortillas son hechas a mano y éstas sí son de maíz, están riquísimas. Con eso ya ganaron el 50%. Hay una señora haciendo las tortillas de maíz al momento. Probé el taco de asada y la quesadilla de chorizo con frijoles, ambos me gustaron, el taco era basto, la quesadilla es grande, por lo que si te apetece quesadilla, pídela primero, es muy probable que solo pidas una. Generalidades: - Es un puesto sobre la banqueta. - Los precios son accesibles. - Tienen tacos, tortas, quesadillas y mulitas. - La taquería es familiar y agradable. - Se encuentra protegida con una carpa. - Tienen mesas dentro de la carpa. - Apto para niños. - Lleva efectivo. - Si tienes movilidad reducida y/o vas en silla de ruedas, te comento que el acceso y movilidad en el lugar es de dificultad alta, sin embargo, puedes ordenar y comer dentro de tu coche. - El puesto se encontraba visiblemente limpio. - La atención fue buena. - El estacionamiento es sobre la calle.
