Great restaurant with a lovely decor. Staff were friendly and attentive. Food was good, not quite 5 star amazing, but tasty. The croquettes were OK, but 8 seemed too many for a starter (maybe smaller but higher quality portions with some sort of dip). The main I had was delicious however. What a great little restaurant. The food was very very good. The menu is pretty extensive but not overwhelming. Great selection of varying proteins. We ordered the Cod fish dish and the fish was delicious and cooked to perfection. The accompanying sauce was just okay, it tasted like Manhattan Clam Chowder but not as delicious. We also had the lamb chops and they were very good as well. They could have been seasoned a little more but they just may have been my preference. We also tried the pan fried peppers for appetizer and they were yummy. We tried two desserts and they were just okay. Probably best to just stick to the food at this place. But also to note is that our experience with desserts at restaurants in Malta has been just subpar this far. I would say it is a little pricey but the quality was there so as they say, you get what you pay for. Overall our dining experience was just perfect and the staff was very attentive. The lamb main course was one of the worst lamb chops I’ve had. They were thin, overcooked, and oversalted. It was very chewy with very little meat. On the contrary, the potatoes and the peppers were bland. The service is however great and the charcuterie platter was nice. I was surprised when the mains came and I can barely eat any. Beautiful restaurant with lots of greenery to decorate. The mature atmosphere is suitable for a gathering of friends or a dinner for couples. The raw materials of the food are all imported from Spain. We really like the fresh tomato in the salad, which is wrapped in the delicious sauce of tuna. The beef was also very good, and the little bit of fruity sweetness in the sauce was a pleasant surprise. The service here is also very good, the staff are very friendly. All in all I think it's a good restaurant and recommend it.

The rating goes for the order of Roscón. We paid 35€ for a Roscón. Way too much cream, the only thing you could taste is cream, to the point we had to remove almost all in order to eat it. The roscón had a big size so if you are a family is nice but it’s just did not taste. I can’t rate the place as I never ate there , just would recommend to improve the Roscón for next years. The music and atmosphere was lovely, and the food was amazing! The prices were a bit high, and the one complaint is that the set plates were dirty so we had to request new plates and napkins. The place is very nice, and the service is excellent. Honestly the food wasn't perfect. We tried the gazpacho and it was good, the crab brioche was excellent as was the cheesecake, the Paella was very bad, the presentation was good but the taste was not at all. I would recommend it only for aperitif with tapas and good wine. It's a good place, but in my view it can improve. Very lovely place! Best service I had in Malta by far - great food as well and the atmosphere is absolutely beautiful. Our waitress was the most nice person to serve dinner I had in Malta so far. When we had a question that wasn’t even important for our courses she went to ask the manager to come to our table. And he was so nice and answered our question which was so off topic and explained his concept and plans to expand. We felt very welcome and had a wonderful evening! The food was great for all of us. We had sea food, meat of beef and pork and it was all so good!! The startes were absolutely authentic as well as the desert. Totally recommend this place!
