Very nice place to have see bathing. Little far away from Colombo but can go to public transport like bus or train other than own transportation with using high way.

Tangalle beach is a very cool location for travellers to chill out. Nice long beach. Very clean. Silver sands , green green grass blue ocean and happy hot sun. Calm and quait . Try it.....

During our stay it was a bit challenging to swim but still got a nice spot to enjoy the water. Beach is not too crowded and very enjoyable.

Stunning beach with great waves and few people. Sometimes you can even see turtles at night! Very clean too!

This is a very long and beautiful beach with sparsely dotted accomodations and restaurants throughout..This is a very quiet beach with a relaxed feeling to it, there is live music at different beach restaurants different nights of the week. Again it is very quiet so if you are a people person this is not the place for you, on the other hand if you value your space this is your jam.

Usually not crowded because local people don't come here.Bottom line, filled with tons of restaurants and long beach.Tide 🌊get rough sometimes but it's pretty much ok to go for a swim. so if you don't wanna get disturbed this is the beach for you and you can easily walk here from Tangalle town it's like 500m-1km from the bus stand.😊🌞

Very nice beach perfect for chillin and not crowded at all. But there are a lot of restaurants and guests houses.. the sea though it's a little bit rough not the safest for swimming.
