10 out of 10... this restaurant is amazing. The service is second to none with that personal touch. The food, well I was shocked how fantastic it was. We started with rabbit ravioli and a pot of snails, wow huge portions and amazing flavours. I then request a special pizza, off the menu - a seafood pizza. They obliged, and as you see on the photo, it was huge, and taste was spectacular. My better half had the catch of the day. $70 p/kilo it was sublime. They ended our meal with a fig desert and homemade liquor... thank you for making such a special effort and making us feel so valued. Good local food A small restaurant where we had our first lunch in Malta. We tried local dishes like the fish soup, the octopus stew and the rabbit steak, accompanied by a local wine with same texture as lambrusco. The food was fresh, the soup was consistent and with a lot of herbs, the rabbit was well cooked with wine and baked garlic, but too oily for my taste. The octopus was chewy though. The wine was fresh and with fruity notes, quite nice considering the heat outside. The waiters are friendly and have offered good recommendations. Amazing maltese signature pizzas ! I had the Ta Nannu Salvu with pork,maltese sausage and dried figs and it was amazing, full of flavors ! Their home made browny was one of the best i ever had ! We were complimented with home made limoncello to finish off the evening! Prosit for the food, service and all home like feeling. Had an amazing dinner here tonight, one of us had the special of swordfish and the other had the beef olives. Really delicious, lovely atmosphere with the lovely two young waiter lads and nice to speak personally to the chef. Would recommend here to anyone wanting the Maltese experience. Very nice cuisine, amazing taste of Maltese fish soup. Big portions so no need for ordering starter. The waiter has bring some homemade bread when we just ordered which was great, but I didn’t like the butter served in plastic like we are getting breakfast in hotel. Interior need refreshment due prices. Price per person €20–25

The food was really delicious. There was bigilla, a dip made from fava beans, as an amuse gueule, with just the right amount of garlic. For the main course, my wife had rabbit spaghetti, very tender meat and tasty sauce. I had rabbit liver on bread with shallots and garlic, accompanied by homemade french fries and vegetables. I have never eaten rabbit liver before, it was very delicious and tender. Only a seaside view could have made this evening better.
