Tengo aproximadamente unos 8 años de conocer el lugar, se mantiene sencillo, un remolque con mesas sillas y lonas, pero el menudo es riquísimo, siempre bien sazonado, caldito espeso bien preparado, la carne cocida en su punto, el plato bien servido, en general siempre es grato almorzar un menudito con unos tacos de barbacoa al lado, hay que llegar temprano y más en época de frío, porque se acaba rápido
