What an amazing restaurant. For the quality of the food, presentation, and service it is truly unbelievable! Was shocked to be the only ones at this magnificent gem in El Nido. All the food was superb and the cocktails were truly outstanding. I would recommend this place to anyone who comes to El Nido and wants a superb gastronomic experience. Also, not expensive for what you get, in the USA this place would easily be 3-4x the price. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person ₱2,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Star level cuisine with a lot of heart in Palawan Corong Corong. we had a stunning 8 course menu with 3 matching cocktails. All dishes feature local ingredients, created by talented chef Jeremy Munoz and prepared by chef and team of local cooks. Very creative, super harmonized menu - at the highest star level for a good price. Absolutely recommendation. Many thanks to the entire outstanding team. Experience the epitome of culinary excellence at Corong Corong in Palawan, where Chef Jeremy Munoz and his team of local chefs created an extraordinary 8-course menu accompanied by three perfectly matched cocktails. Each dish is a masterpiece, skillfully incorporating local ingredients to create a symphony of flavors. This level of creativity and precision is usually reserved for much higher-priced establishments, making it a remarkable find. Highly recommended, with sincere appreciation for the exceptional team behind this culinary masterpiece. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Overall experience was 10/10. The food was magnificent, a lot of creativity and care went into the flavours and presentation. Service was fantastic, loved that all dishes including ingredients and how it was prepared/cooked was very special. We were celebrating a birthday and they made efforts to make it memorable. If you are looking for a fancy evening make sure you visit. We did the 8 course plus cocktail! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person ₱2,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

By far the best dinner experience in El Nido. Host and staff were very welcoming and made the entire presentation that much better. We both loved every plate and had a difficult time figuring out which one was the best. Do the cocktail pairing too! Will 100% be back the next time we visit. Make reservations ahead of time. Had lovely "final" dinner for our trip to El Nido at Taas Restaurant. Server was very knowledgeable regarding the menu and cocktails. It didn't surprise me when we asked and he mentioned he used to work in Pangulasian Island Resort before the pandemic. Overall, dishes were well executed and cocktails were great. Since we were the only diners for that service, was expecting the chef to step out and have a chat. Would've been nice to learn more about him and his experience. Delicious 6 course meal with cocktail pairing. Waiter, Mark (?), was very knowledgeable about each dish and we loved the use of fresh and local ingredients! Every dish was so flavorful and beautiful. Staff was so friendly and even allowed us to take a group photo with them to remember such a lovely dinner. Highly recommend for a fancy dinner experience in El Nido. One of the best meals I've ever had! 6 course degustation with matching cocktails ..... each dish was just beautifully presented and provided a new experience of tastes on each bite... French Chef Jeremy changes the menu every 2 weeks or so based on local produce availably. It was a pleasure to watch him work/interact so nicely with his other staff. Head waiter Mar did an excellent job and can't be faulted for his knowledge and service. Custom cocktails paired for the courses were delicious .I'd go again in a heart beat. We booked a table for New Years Eve, the total price for dinner was 3,500PHP per person which included 5 courses (2 starters, 2 main courses and 1 dessert), 1 amuse Bouche and 1 welcome drink. The service completely lacks any sort of organization, it was pure mess to say the least. Our waitress had almost zero knowledge about the dishes, she only described one dish (or better specified the types of sauce). There was pure madness with the drinks, the waiters placed all water and wine bottles from each table on the same counter. They kept pouring someone else’s one to another table!! I’m not sure why water and wine couldn’t be placed on the tables. Both us and another table next to us were quite upset to say the least. Also when we asked for drinks menu they said we could only have wine and we couldn’t order any cocktails. Then some other tables 30 minutes later ordered cocktails and also beer. When we asked for a beer and they said they didn’t have any, at that point I couldn’t but point out that the other table was served beer. This is extremely strange to say the least. Food is well presented but when it comes to taste, we didn’t find it particularly exceptional. It was good but to me it wasn’t worth it the price (and we frequently go to high end restaurants). I think this place could have potential in the future, but for now it pretends to be something that is clearly not: a high end restaurant in El Nido area. We paid 9,800PHP: 3500 per person + 2400 for wine + 400 for two bottles of water. The overall experience wasn’t worth it at all, neither the food nor the service. It was New Years Eve and we really wanted to have a nice experience, but unfortunately it turned out to be very delusional. Strongly disappointed by the quality of the food. The service was really good but at least 3 dishes out of 8 (ofc excluding the dessert) was tasteless like the chef forgot the salt. We have also been pushed into leaving a 400 PHP tip that we did not feel leaving. Not a seaview place, since a very big roof stand between the restaurant and the sea. Particularly bad chicken with mushrooms: 0 salt in both chicken and mushrooms. The dessert was definitely good, hence 2 stars instead of 1 Edit: the chicken that I mentioned in the review is part of "standard" menu, not the edited version for fish allergic persons. Adobo pulled pork, for instance was tasty. Arancini (main menu) was without salt Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person ₱2,000+ Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
