Amazing food, very tasty with enough spices in everything 🫶🫶🫶 Bragioli were the best 💛 Also, the interior of tables with ceramics made fall in love with all these details. We really love this place, the waitress is extremely nice. We both tried their menu offers, and it’s a huge portion of each menu, would recommend for anyone who want to try local food. The rabbit meat spaghetti is excellent. The grilled chicken is a bit spiceless, but it’s ok because the dessert is crowning the whole experience. Saved this place for the future, we will coma back! We came to this restaurant thinking we would have a pleasant first time experience of Maltese food and hospitality but were met with two miserable waitresses, a menu full of mainly Italian food. The food we received was subpar to say the least. First of all, we ordered the Maltese Platter. The cheese is very nice but the Maltese sausage was nothing impressive. The Maltese Rabbit that is allegedly with garlic sauce smelt so strongly of curry, which is not part of the recipe. The pizza is average, as was the Bolognese. What I really didn’t like was that our starters came out with the mains instead of before. And the food came suspiciously fast which makes me thinks it’s reheated. I would not recommend this place at all. It gets points for the nice interior but that’s about it. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

We when for the malta special dishes, the only thing I did not like was the fact of the food having a bit more salt for my personal taste. Other than, the food was in very generous proportions (would be enough for 3), well presented and tasty. Staff and owners where very friendly, the decoration is very nice. Myself and daughter chose the Maltese sharing platter, very nice it was too! Didn't wait too long for it to be served. This place is quite popular, although it looked full there was extra seating area in the rear of the restaurant which resembled a cave. There was some interesting information on the menu as to whether had been used for during the war.

I love it when you gamble on an unknown restaurant and it turns out to be a gem. The food was fantastic, and I didn't have to wait too long either. Seafood platter was spot on and the rump steak was butter soft. Profiterole went down a treat too. Everything is well priced and there's a good selection. The staff are brilliant. If you get Carlo as your waiter, you're in safe hands. I would easily recommend this restaurant to hungry tourists.
