Outstanding experience with the best food I tried in Plzen. It’s traditional and typically Czeck: goulash with bread dumplings, pork ribs, roast ducks accompanied by lager (especially Snyt, a small pour with lots of extra foam). All hearty meals that the soldiers in Hašek’s novel longed for. The place is rustic and warm, like in the era when restaurants had wooden floors. Very nice. Staff is friendly and prices are great.
