I’ve been to this restaurant about 4 different times. The first two times were better than the last two times. They are very attentive and they remake things when they mess up. It would be preferable for them not to mess up multiple dishes though. The drinks aren’t consistent which is a little disappointing. Sometimes they taste perfect and sometimes they taste a little week. They also recently changed their signature drink and it doesn’t taste as good unfortunately. Overall, I would recommend trying them though. I just wish they were a bit more consistent. The wait staff is always consistently attentive for the most part though. The sushi is the best in Mérida. It has a nice Yucatan fusion while being familiar to the states. We've missed this kind of sushi. The flavor combos are incredible, decor spectacular, and the service is excuisite. The prices are really good with large portions and inventive cocktails. I'd rate the food experience above the average, nothing really exciting but tasty enough. The worst thing was the water outage in the toilet and nobody had informed us at the entrance. Seems the entire restaurant didn't have the tap water so I should just believe the staff could wash their hands when cooking and serving. If they would at least install something in the WC that could be ok, but in reality I had to ask the security person to pour water on my hands from the pot. The sushi tower was beautiful, but difficult to eat as it collapsed while eating. All the food was tasty and served promptly. Across the street from La Isla inside a hotel. Liked the decor Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

Order delivery and it was the most non edible food I have ever order. Order a tower sushie for the price it was super small and the taste was so gross it had this cheap oil taste to it not sure if it was the fish or the sauces either way, I had to stop eating it in fear of getting sick! This place is over priced and if all the food taste like what we order not sure why it has so many starts when it taste like cheap oil. It was a waste of money.
