I was on my way to Breskens harbor by bike. I didn't eat, but I definitely stopped to take a few pictures. Beautiful! Unfortunately, the weather wasn't the best, but it's completely normal here.
We visited the first time because it looked like a nice restaurant. At first, everything seemed okay. We first just wanted to drink a beer, so they told us to sit in specific area, I guess because the other tables were just for people who want to eat something. We then got hungry, changed our mind. I asked if we could sit near the window because we wanted to eat. No problem, we got the table. But then, nobody came to ask for our order, we waited and waited. All the waitresses just walked to other tables and also seated new customers, although they knew and saw that we wanted to eat something. The inside of the restaurant wasn’t full. And they easily served the table behind us. Sorry but that is just bad and inattentive service. What a pity
...i have ordered 3 portions of "Tha catch of the day", and that was a salmon from the pan. All of then was not properly done. My was actually not done completely. I have paid for that 25 euros. I have ask the waitress about it and she said the salmon was made in boiling water, but I was actuality from the pan...crispy skin...
So...conclusion...
Waitress is not aware what is in the menu,
For fish dishes I don't recommend this place.
P.S. Cocktails was good and the have one of my favourite beers. That's way 2 stars...otherwise only 1.
