In spite of being a regular customer, coffee was not made with care nor the personnel knew how to follow instructions to make my coffee. They finally delivered something which didn't taste as coffee and too sweet, when I repeatedly said didn't want it.. I'm too disappointed on this

Service was not very good. The girl seemed like she was new and needed more training at the register and making drinks. The caramel macchiato that I ordered did not taste very good.

Service's been getting worse. Baristas act passive aggressive towards customers and they play music that doesn't go with starbucks standards and identidentity like Banda and raggaeton which I have nothing against but it makes a very uncomfortable place to be at

Two times i go to this starbucks, i received my (paid) order 30min after because the lady forgot. I had to remind her and het colleagues my order. I was angry because i was in rush.
