The place serves good food but seriously has to train their cooks better or take some work load off them... went twice and had to return poached eggs twice because they were still raw... got perfect ones when it came back both times but that should be possible on the first try already. My girlfriend had eggs Benedict and the toast at the bottom of one of the eggs was pretty much still raw dough... If they improve that it's a small but great place if you like poached eggs... they serve poached eggs with almost every single breakfast dish 😍 Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person ₱400–600 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

We came to Spotted Pig for breakfast one day and we could not stop having a great start of the day throughout our whole vacation in Siargao. WHAT A PLACE! Food is incredibly delicious, the pancakes are huge and the eggs Benedict are a must. The fact that they offer gluten free and vegan options is amazing (first place I’ve found in the whole Philippines with gluten free options after 15 islands and 24 days). Coffee has a great taste and prices are worthy. Highly recommended! :) Big shout out to the staff - the two guys and Maria working there are friendly and helpful. Upon entry, just find a seat available inside and they’ll most likely welcome you with a menu. They also gave a voucher for 2-hour usage of Wifi. Wanted to order and try their avocado toast but it’s seasonal only )-: Food review (photos shown) Dish 1: would be very nice but the pork was a bit too tough to eat as sandwich… Dish 2: very nice! But the cabbage as a side salad was funny Dish 3: all very nice! Ice Mocha: meh Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Price per person ₱800–1,000 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes Buttermilk Pancakes

Excellent coffee. Almond mango pancakes were amazing as well. Avocado & egg toast was okay, poached egg was hard boiled. Overall great place, and fav coffee place. A bit more expensive than the other cafés in the area. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
Great food, eggs benedict good although they offered just toast instead of the bread on the menu. Coffee with oatmilk great. Cinnamon roll is sooooo delicious. Pancakes were good but the vegan pancakes are a joke. They are extremely overpriced, more expensive than in Europe and the taste really isn’t good (if you want good vegan pancakes go to „beach baby“). Also the staff is a bit arrogant sometimes, expect one/two persons, probably because this place is very hyped. Seating is minimized and very packed. Small space but free and good wifi. It was super busy when we first visited (Labor Day weekend) so it was quite understandable that the service took a while. Coffee is a bit on the darker side, but the flat white and Spanish latte are good. We loved their pain au chocolat. On our second visit we were able to sit inside, at the bar counter. We also like that it is located just across our resort (Jonas and Twins) so it was super accessible for us. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person ₱400–600 Recommended dishes Buttermilk Pancakes
Spotted Pig cafe serves coffee and dishes that range from baked goods to Katsu Sandos and classic breakfast items. The food quality and coffee quality is good. Though the interior is very small, it has certain areas where you can work comfortably. Everything is clean and orderly. Overall, it would be hard to say if the cafe is a must-see. The ambiance is definitely vibe and the staff is nice and friendly. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person ₱200–400 Recommended dishes Vegetarian Eggs Benedict
The cortado was really good while the eggs Benedict with smoked salmon was just ok. I thought it lacked some of the smokiness and they could do better with seasoning it. The cafe’s also a bit tight, could fit about 20-25 and that’s pushing it. Dont know of they take reservation, but would do it to secure a table. Overall would revisit and reco the Spotted Pig. :) Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
