Do not go away without tasting nicely cooked salads, carpaccio and pizza. People can have tasty halo-halo and good pancakes at this restaurant. The whole impression won't be complete without tea that is delicious here. The terrific staff welcomes guests all year round. The fine service is a great benefit of Spijs & Ijs. Visiting Holland we had to have pannenkorken. This spot focuses on eating. No kid rides! Anneke had ham & cheese, I had special & gember. Delicious. Couple behind us enthusiastically shared a huge pot of mussels. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is a very nice place to try out good pancakes. The environment is really nice. Overall food quality is above average. Every time we go it is very noisy and crowded. The food is more expensive that the alternatives. It is good food ( we had the pancakes) but prices are not justified. Great eats (name says it all!), fast but not rushed friendly service. Cosy patio as well as interior. Worth the trip.
