I came here with my Dad and brother in August 2023 for a Sunday night meal. We really enjoyed our meals and I opted for the $19.95 500 gram rump steak including an egg which was extra. I'm glad I did because I fasted most of the day for it. On a Sunday evening round 5.30pm the atmosphere was quiet but still actively busy. My steak meal was cooked perfectly and I hoed into it and ate everything you can see on the plate. Not many places can offer up a 500 gram rump steak cooked to your offering and at a great price. Booked over a week before by phone told we will send a confirmation E mail,no they didn't. Rocked up at 7pm told running up to an hour late but working on it. One and a half hours later stone cold steak, cold fries in fact the only warm item on that plate was a couple of onion rings. Over all every one left food on their plates my wife had to tip tomato sauce all over her burger so it tasted of something. Had to give a star wanted to give none. Bar staff were pleasant and meal used good ingredients just a cold steak meal at that time just doesn't cut it. Price per person $30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Booked a 7:30pm table for 2. Valentine's Day. Beef Wellington, Seafood Chowder and Fries ordered. Placed and paid for meal at 7:27pm. Meal arrived after 8:30pm with the reason given of it being very busy. Cold Fries, overcooked Beef Wellington. Asked for fresh fries and this was done without question. Nice location and views, the waitress that took our order was very pleasant and offered great service. Disappointed with how long it took to receive our order. Will Not go back and do Not recommend. I didn't go here for the food service or the atmosphere. I went to play the slot machines in my opinion as I walked in the staff acknowledged me and one lady walked in to the pokies room with a clipboard and recorded the patrons probably for where they were sat and the time. I will applaud the lady with the clipboard and I award 5 stars 🌟 Price per person $30–40

Definitely pays to book, if you're a group, as it got real busy really fast. Wait time is good. Meals are cheap, don't be expecting chef quality.

Went for meal and ordered pulled beef burger. Very disappointed as the pulled beef was only just warm and was far to salty. Could not eat so just had the chips. Hubby couldnt eat his either. Does the chef not taste test after cooking the meat. Was not a very memorable anniversary dinner 😕 Price per person $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Overall the experience was very average & not worth the visit. The burgers we ordered were like something you would make at home, nothing about them stood out or tasted any good. The atmosphere was also WAY TOO LOUD to eat in & was really off-putting, I think there should be a separate place to eat rather than have to sit with all the loud drunks the whole time. And to top it off, you are expected to pick up your own food from the counter instead of it being delivered to your table like a normal restaurant? It’s not like there isn’t enough staff for food delivery? I know I won’t be back, and judging by a few previous reviews, I don’t think a lot of people will. Had yet another lovely meal today!! So reasonably priced. Service was wonderful especially when I had left my scarf behind and a wonderful staff member ran to the car park to give it back to me!! The coleslaw was nice but I am hoping that when seasonal lettuces etc come down in price that the Cobb will get back to the ginger flavoured salad dressing that I enjoyed so much! Thanks again. Everyone else’s food looked amazzzingggg. Wish we’d all ordered at the same time though as we got our meals 10 minutes after everyone had finished hahaha. Also wish I’d asked what came on the cobbs favourites platter as I didn’t realise it was gonna be spring rolls and chicken nuggets, but that’s on me. Place is clean as and looks soooo amazing after the redo!! Totally impressed, will just order something different next time. I mean, look at that burger 😍
