Smakenrad is not just a wheel, it is a corona-proof restaurant. You can enjoy the Groningen view from the sky while having a delicious dinner.
P.S. It is really cold up there. The doors on both sides have gaps in between, so the wind strikes hard. Wear some warm clothes 😉
