Food in line with other places of this branch, but served after long waiting time despite few customers around. Also drinks partially served after meal, just because we told them all missing items
Dining experience needs improvement. Air conditioning is lacking, it feels hot inside. Staffs are not that easy to call considering that there a very few customers.

Below par compared to other branches. Worst service and over all experience of any shakeys branch I ever visited. Food served by the guard with tatoos on his hand and long finger nails... ewww. Dont get me wrong, I'm a huge Shakeys fan... just not this branch.
Usually my food and dining experience has been good at this location. This time my food was cold and got bottomless ice tea I had to ask 3+ times for a refill meanwhile there is only 2 tables active tables in the place.
Convenient branch in Laguna. Friendly staff led by Arly. Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Good food taste. Slow delivery. Either less staff than necessary or less attention from them... We had to wait long time for food and to draw staff attention while eating
Normal Shakey quality, we had a medium Special pizza.
Good place to dine. The staff are attentive and helpful. Food are definitely delicious. We will visit again next time
The staffs are polite and accommodating. The foods are good. The place is very accessible for those working in the industrial park nearby and for those entering the cabuyao exit.
The service is too slow the chicken is not cooked well the soup was served late. It's my first time to dine on this branch and I regret it because of their poor service.
