As an educator I work from 6:35 a.m. - 6:35 p.m. I am hungry and I'm not going to lie, I am too tired to cook; so I eat a salad. A ready made salad from the grocery store. But this evening, I am hungry - very hungry. The enclosed photo states enough said. Y'all delicious is not a good enough statement. I love you Grandma in heaven, but she got you beat. Hallelujah!

Don't believe the hype! For the price, you would think the order of Nachos were fulfilling but apparently not. The Mac and cheese was very bland and the pinto beans, too salty! I had the beef tips over rice which didn't melt in my mouth like other reviews claim it did! I could have made this meal myself! Don't believe the hype! The food was amazing I came here with the intentions of trying soul food but I tried a little bit of everything…. My favorites are the cabbage the Mac and cheese also wings…..I have been going ever since…..the food here is so fresh and good most definitely recommend

She gives free samples if you’re not sure what you have a taste for. I didn’t really know what to order she gave me a few tastes and I wanted to order everything I tasted her service is great ! I’ll definitely be coming back every time I’m in Houston

I got two meals (Beeftips w/ rice & gravy and two sides & a Shrimp basket) The beeftips have the best flavor & they melt in your mouth lorddd… I got the sides mac & cheese, & Red beans I loved them both. I got the Shrimp basket with french fries (your choice of fries or onion rings.) Also a 10/10 👍🏾👍🏾.
