This restaurant and Triq Santa Rita Steps can be both really attractive for tourists. If you want to taste International cuisine, take your chance and come to Seed. Nicely cooked risotto is nice to degust. This place may please you with good ice cream. A lot of visitors order delicious wine. Here you may order great coffee. Exceptional food, great service and a beautiful setting. We stayed at the Hyatt regency and ate in Seed one night. The duck breast was amazing, the best dish I have ever had. Would recommend the tuna belly starter too. The bread was also amazing. If we return to Malta we will definitely be returning to Seed! A five star dining experience in every way. The cuisine was exceptional as was the service. We tried the Sea Bass as well as their special starter — the Tomato. Simply succulent. Several Vegetarian dishes are offered on the menu. Don’t leave without trying the hot chocolate dessert! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had an exceptional meal with equally exceptional service from my server Elson and his colleagues at Seed tonight. I went with the duck breast main which was cooked perfectly and beautifully plated. It also came with an incredibly unique duck-confit baklava on the side which I've never seen anywhere else and was 11/10 for taste and presentation as well, along with a delicious polenta and asparagus side. The focaccia served on the side was also quite a nice touch and very good. I wrapped up my meal with the choloate fondant dessert (chocolate lava cake) which really hit the spot. Altogether, everything was perfectly portioned, very flavorful, and super tasty. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend! Very nice service and the food was excellent. The focaccia served with butter and plum mousse (as a starter on the house) was delicious. We ordered the beef sirloin with hasselback potato and as a dessert the caramelised white chocolate crème brûlée. It was all very tasty. Meal type Dinner Price per person €50+

Overall, staff were friendly but a little scatty (we had to repeat our order twice after originally ordering and we were one of only 3 tables). The food was fine but a bit bland, the chicken breast was definitely overcooked. Overall, a failed attempt at fine dining - just because something is/looks fancy won’t mean it’s going to be good. The cocktails were quite tasty and wine list was pretty good but there are tonnes of far better places in Malta so we won’t be going back. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

Brilliant restaurant located inside the Hyatt hotel. The menu is great, and all the food we tried was just beyond expectations. All is served in a good way, service is very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts they serve are just unbelievably good, there is no better way to start your day in Malta ❤️

Seed, fine dining in the heart of St. Julian. That’s one of the best restaurants to enjoy fine foods and a great selection of wines! The dining room ist beautiful and fine decorated. The staff is extremely competent. The meals are extremely delicious. I highly recommend their foie gras, the best I enjoyed outside from France! The fish of the was the best of all, fresh and tasty 😋! Bravo 🎉
