Do not buy food from here, the food on display has been there for a while and now I have food poisoning. Stay safe out there
Ok. I think I'm still generous giving 2 stars. It's the 2nd time being at Seattle. 1st at SM mall the staff were amazing. The food, the French toast were caramélised and serve with jam . I think that's too much sweet. Today I send my bf to take me a cappuccino have a look to the following picture. This is not a cappuccino. And nobody ask him what size he wanted. I really have a bad memory of Filipino with trying to make "tourist" pay more all the time. That's why this comment fall on you now. Very bad
Just got a coffee, it was a cup of disappointment. I got the large so I got be disappointed even longer. The red flag before I got my coffee was they put a cardboard ring around the cup... 1st rule of coffee milk heated over 40degrees ruins the coffee, tho usually you can put up with this. However the first mouthful showed they didn't know how to even work coffee machine the grind was off as such it was bitter and tasted like dirty water. I guess my bad for ordering coffee at Seattle's best obvious no quality control. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person ₱1–200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Perhaps the most consistently bad cappuccino experienced in Puerto Princesa. Thin, flavourless and super-heated. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person ₱400–600
In a shopping mall where there are many great tasting coffee shops, sadly this place fails in so many ways. Having compared all of the coffee shops here at SM Puerto Princesa, the quality of Seattle's Best is less than average quality compared to the rest. Also their limited, "one hour ONLY" wifi service is possibly the worst of all coffee shop at SM Puerto Princesa, of which the rest of them in fact offer no time limit to how long you can stay and enjoy their WiFi. I ran a video upload comparison, where in one hour, I was able to upload 78% of a video with the SM free WiFi. However, the Seattle's Best WiFi was only able to upload 2% of the same file in a two hour time period. I do feel that the employees here are indeed doing their best, and they are very polite. However, their service is limited. Whereas the other coffee shops bring your order to your table, at Seattle's Best they give you a pager to notify you to return to the counter to bring your order to your table. Such a popular name should be able to rise above the others, however the only benefit I can say that Seattle's Best Coffee shop offers over the others, is that they accept credit cards.
Terrible customer service. Female member of staff who could have been the manager was more interested in doing her paper work than serving. When we ordered there was no please or thank you. Barista and cleaner were nice and polite. Visited 6.20am 12/4/19.
