I recently had the exquisite pleasure of visiting a café with my comrades. The coffee there is an absolute delight for the discerning palate, truly exceptional in its richness. One has the privilege to select from a trio of bean varieties, each boasting its own unique and intricate flavor profile. The proprietor is remarkably amiable and passionately elucidates the art of crafting the quintessential cup of coffee. He generously indulged my inquiries on refining my own coffee-making techniques at home. I am fervently eager to return to this haven of coffee connoisseurship! Darkest light roast I've ever had by far. The coffee is good, but I've deducted a point as I suspect their "light" is a fair bit further past first crack compared to the mean within third wave establishments, and another for tasting notes that were out of sequence- thereby over representing the most interesting parts of the profile, leading to disappointment. Friendly staff, with an ok selection of different varietals. It did seem like there was a lean towards darker profiles and espresso, so maybe not the place if you're hoping for that Wendelboe style brightness in your cup. Sam’s coffee is a modern, quite clean coffeeshop which shares the space with a barber. I think that explains the clean concept. Sam is a great barista who’s most interested in it’s customers. His cinnamon rolls are freshly made and definitely worth trying. The iced coffee we drank was the best I had so far. One of the best customer service and quality of coffee I have ever received. Either in the states or other countries. Owner really put his heart and soul into the customer experience and it shows! If you love coffee you must come here! We stepped by to grab a coffee with a piece of cake and got introduced into Sams world instead. Sam is really really passionate about what he is doing and makes one of the best coffees we ever had as a result! A very trendy and classy cafe which serves some nice coffee. We tried the filter coffee and the mocha and both were pretty decent. Nothing too out of the world. The ambience of the cafe is nice which shares with a salon. The staff were friendly and the service was pretty quick. All in all, a nice cafe. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person €1–10

Modern cafe with minimalistic design near the city center. We had the hand brewed coffee & mocha and both were refreshing. I wish the mocha was a bit more warmer though. Recommend visiting this place if you are nearby.

Incredible specialty coffee. The owner, Sam, is very knowledgeable about all things coffee. Love the personal touch - the pastry I had, for example, is baked right in the coffee shop, with the cream and berry added right there.
